ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an order confirmation email containing a unique tracking link to monitor your shipment throughout transit.
Please allow 5–7 business days for carriers to scan and register your parcel into their tracking system.
If no tracking details appear upon your search, this simply means the carrier has not yet logged your package. Tracking updates will populate automatically once scanning is completed.
Should your delivery arrive later than the estimated date, kindly reach out to our support team and we will resolve the matter promptly.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS GUIDELINES
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We take no responsibility for misdelivered parcels stemming from inaccurate address information provided by customers.
If you contact the local last-mile courier to request address redirection or parcel forwarding after your order leaves our warehouse, we shall not be liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages arising from this request.
